In course of the global Covid – 19 crisis, the entire cricketing fraternity is locked indoors and the entire action is happening on the internet via video calls and on social media. Recently, KKR superstar big West Indian Andre Russell and his compatriot Sunil Narine had a video interaction with their team Captain Dinesh Karthik. The KKR trio had a fun video session which turned out be hilarious to all the fans.
KKR Captain Karthik hosted his show ‘Totally Stumped with DK’ and the big ‘Dre Russ’ Andree Russell and Sunil Narine were his guests at the show. The trio are the most important components of the Shahrukh Khan owned franchise as both Russell and Narine were retained by KKR ahead of the auctions in IPL 2018.
The humorous chit chat the players had made it very evident that they share a great fellowship amongst them at the KKR camp. During the entire video interaction, Russell and DK kept shooting funny comments at each other.
Karthik is currently sporting a long beard with equally messy hair and looked in need of visiting a salon. As soon as the video interaction started, Russell was quick to take a dig at DK for his look and said “DK what’s wrong with your barber.Your barber dead?”
DK came back with a witty reply stating “I look like Moeen Ali’s brother now.”
Russell asked his KKR captain, “u are not allowed to get like razor blades and stuff?”. Narine, added to it saying, “I like your new look man. You should have this hairstyle for IPL”.
DK joked about Russell giving him stress last IPL and named him as a cause for his grey hairs. DK said “You want to bat higher up the order, you want to bowl with the new ball…next thing you want to captain also! What do I do then!”
Also, Karthik regularly kept joking about Russell’s internet connection as throughout the video interaction Russell’s visual kept freezing. Karthik then advised Russell to sell his big house and buy a new Wi-Fi dongle.
Russell concluded the video interaction by roasting Karthik, he said “DK, please groom up your beard alright? You look like a cave man”
