IPL 2021: CSK Three Staffs Test Positive For Covid-19

In the latest news of IPL 2021 three members of the Chennai Super Kings contingent have tested positive of the covid-19. Kasi Viswanathan, chief executive officer, Lakshmipathy Balaji, bowling coach, and a bus cleaner are believed to have contracted the virus.

This came as a result of the testing conducted on Sunday. All players of the Chennai Super Kings squad have tested negative.

According to ESPNcricinfo, all the three people in concern here took another covid test on Monday ” to rule out the possibility of a false positive.” If they return positive results again. Then they must undergo a minimum 10-day isolation outside the team bubble and return two negative tests before re-entering the bubble.
